At Apollo Care South Wirral, we don’t just deliver care, we build relationships based on trust, respect and compassion, ensuring that everyone we care for feels valued, supported, and empowered to live independently.
Apollo Care South Wirral is part of a growing network of Apollo Care branches that have been transforming home care since 2011. Founded by Cheryl White, a District Nurse with a vision to improve the quality of home care, Apollo Care quickly gained recognition for its commitment to excellence. By 2013, the brand had expanded, with 12 branches now operating across England and Wales.
In 2013, Suzanne Janvier established Apollo Care South Wirral, bringing over two decades of experience in the care industry. With a background in nursing and specialised care for adults with physical and learning disabilities, Suzanne is deeply passionate about providing the highest standards of care, advocacy and companionship to every client.

Suzanne Janvier - Owner & Director
Suzanne Janvier has over two decades experience in the care industry, gained from many years of caring in the community through nurse training and specialising in taking care of adults with physical and learning disabilities. She is passionate about providing our service users with the highest standards of care, advocacy and companionship. Having also been a carer for her father throughout his journey with Parkinson’s disease, Suzanne knows first hand the demands that caring for someone and ensuring they have the correct care they need.
Stephanie Keilaus - Registered Manager
I am the Registered Manager of Apollo Care South Wirral. I have over 10 years of professional experience, and a lifetime of personal experience. My parents are shared lives carers and now I do this as well. I am passionate about providing quality care that is person centred.
In my spare time I am a lead singer in a Rock Band and also sing for local charity organisations.
Amy Simpson - Deputy Manager
I began working in care in 2010. I have worked in the community, Dementia Care Homes and supported living. I have attended various training courses over the years and achieved many qualifications. I worked my way up to management level and achieved my Level 5 qualification in 2018. I have always been passionate about caring and helping others.
In my spare time I am kept busy by my two children and love family days out. I also enjoy walking and going to the gym when I have time.
Katy Clarke - Care Coordinator
I have several years of experience in the care sector, where I’ve developed a strong passion for supporting individuals in need. Recently, I made the decision to move to Apollo Care to expand my opportunities within this field. I was drawn to Apollo Care because of their reputation for being a caring and supportive company, not just for their clients but also for their staff. I believe that working in an environment that prioritises compassion and teamwork is essential for providing the best care possible, and I’m excited to be part of a team that shares these values.
Gayle Jones - Care Coordinator
I have been working for Apollo Care South Wirral since 2020, and I am passionate about the impact that dedicated care can have on individuals and their families. I have worked as a care, senior carer and now Care Coordinator. I have recently achieved a Level 3 Lead Adult Social Care qualification. The values, support and resources provided by Apollo Care allows our staff to grow and develop their skills which enhance the care we provide to out clients.
